What data we process

Browsing data. The systems running this website collect, as part of their normal operation, some technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet (IP addresses, request time, page visited, request outcome). This data is necessary for the operation and security of the site, is kept in the server logs for the time strictly required, and is not used to identify visitors.

Data you provide. If you write to the email address shown on this site, the data you send (email address, message content) is used solely to reply to your request and kept for the duration of the correspondence.

What we do NOT do

This site does not use traffic analytics, does not profile visitors, shows no advertising, does not share data with third parties for marketing purposes and does not transfer data outside the European Union.

Legal basis and purpose

Browsing data is processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Data sent by email is processed to take steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Where the data is

The site is hosted on servers located in the European Union at the controller’s hosting provider, which processes technical data as a data processor.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and data portability (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@cesaremaremonti.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (garanteprivacy.it).

This site only uses technical cookies, for which no prior consent (and no banner) is required:

pll_language — stores your language choice (Italian/English), duration up to 1 year.
wordpress_test_cookie — session cookie set by the platform to check cookie support; expires when the browser is closed.

There are no profiling cookies, advertising cookies or third-party cookies. The videos on this site are self-hosted and involve no connection to external platforms. Web fonts are served by Bunny Fonts (bunny.net, European Union), a privacy-first service that uses no cookies, does not track visitors and stores no personal data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings: the site will remain fully usable.
